Well, number one is, I'm back!

Number two, I passed Trinity with relatively good marks! So I guess, Melb Uni here I come (unless Monash offers me something better)

And last but not least, our dear friend Ee Xin, has been accepted into University of Chicago (her first choice)!

Yay!!

Anyone wanna plan an outing to visit her in US? Hahaha...

Wow how sad the class blog is dead again!

Hahah anyways, we had a MEGA MINI 4S1-5S1 gathering over here in Singapore with Kit Yee and Phui Yan since Phui Yan dropped by for a short vacation and tadah! Pictures!

Yeah, that's my life. Preparing for an oral presentation that is worth 20% so I can't afford to screw it up because my end of the year essay which is worth 30% will be hard to score in so hopefully I won't mumble jumble on Tues. Drama exam coming up to and we are YET to think of a plot. Bleh. It's supposed to be this dark drama like V for Vendetta, Brave New World kinda vibe. Hope we can pull it off.

Okay, pretty long update from me. Find it fun just spamming the class blog with boring details of my life. If you got this far I congratulate you, after all, all of us are looking for boring stuff to read sometimes.

Tell ya what went on the 13th which is today - I skipped school to sleep at home. And this year I broke my all time record of skipping the most days of school in a year. Grats me man! Should I be happy or sad about this? Hell like I know. I don't even know why the hell am I typing this post. Oh ya that's right, I'm supposed to be studying for finals but before I start, I got lazy. That's why I'm here now using "I'm dropping by to say hi" as an excuse.

Anyways, Chin and Ee Xin, REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW WHERE ARE YOU GOING AFTER GETTING YOUR OFFER LETTER!! I was telling Ee Xin to aim for Princeton, where my Economics tutor came from!!! HAHAHAH. So cool right!! And he worked at Wallstreet and he's going back to Wallstreet after this Semester!! (Okay, why am I talking about my Economics tutor??!!)

And looks like F6 is being pretty good for most of you, HAHAH. except your Maths teacher, I heard. LOL. And 25 MUET essays for holidays??!?!?!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

So basically the whole waiting-for-results process is officially over...

and I guess there are mixed emotions in school on Thursday. From what I gathered so far, most people are quite happy with their results and it's really nice to see smiles on their faces. errrmm...

Frankly, it's quite hard to go without hurting some people's feelings/ sounding insensitive cos spm results is really quite a 'touchy' subject...

Anyway, I've been getting this question from about everyone I met : WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO NEXT? Where are you going to study? What are you going to study? blah blah... My answer : The answer to those questions depends on one another.

So there'll probably more waiting and waiting (on my part) before finally being able to announce 'where am I going to study' and 'what am I going to study'. But I know of people who're going off pretty soon, and it's going to be another round of goodbyes. =(

We're all going off to different schools, studying different stuffs... I really can't help but wonder what awaits us in the future. Will we really achieve our dreams and be happy with the path we chose? Will we still remember each other and have class reunions like some people do? How different will we be then, how much will we have changed? hmm, I guess we should just take one step at a time.

Anyway, my question to you guys is: WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO NEXT?

SPM results out second week of next month

KUALA LUMPUR: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results will be released in the second week of next month.

“Students can obtain the results from their schools towards the end of the second week,” said Education director-general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom.

The results have been released around this time for the past few years.

A total of 442,936 students sat for the examination last year.

I don't know whether most of you are aware of this so I'll just post it here.

Check Matric Status Online

PETALING JAYA: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) school-leavers who have applied for the Matriculation Programme for 2009/2010 can check the status of their applications via the Education Ministry’s website at http://www.moe.gov.my from Feb 9 to 20.

Applicants who applied by filling in the optical mark reader (OMR) form or through the Internet can also amend and check their particulars and the stream of studies by logging on to the same website.

Students are required to key in their identity card number or Examination Board Number and their SPM index number.

They can also call the Matriculation Division’s helpline at 03-8884 4100 between 8.30am and 4pm on weekdays.
