it's a 'we' thing...

hahaha..grad nite 2007....it's a 'we' thing..so i'll jz post in class blog..

we went thr at 2.30p.m....kinda fun la being thr...decorating d place...climbing ladders and putting cds...getting ready everything...d hall really looks nice after everything is up...it's a bit small, though...i love preparing for the grad nite...jz walking around aimlessly looking for stuffs to do...practising our dance, our song...then, we even got our own hotel room...woohooo!!!...me and yiwen were the last two to bathe...bleak...we don't stink, though..

ten, changed into our black singlets..mine is SUPER-DUPER small...and can see my belly very clearly...but still..need to thank puimun here for borrowing me hers....haha..nasib baik got wear the white shirt outside la..so, not tat bad...our CREW tee was cool...seriously...i like the tee...blah..blah..blah...then, we went for our meal at singgah@h cafe...okla d food..a tad bit pricey lah...

f5s started coming at around 7.00, which is quite early...so, we edarkan stuff...light candles etc...then, grad nite 2007 officially started...joanna and farah are really superb hosts lah...we were reali nervous before our dance..and everybody is like "shit!!"....suddenly, the dance started and whoa...everything went on....my pairing solo with jess was ok...timing a bit out, i think...hehe...

games was a bit messy....most of the time, i was just loitering around with yiwen, lydia...i was so thirsty i went to jienyinn's table for like 10 times to drink her water....my throat was REALLY burning lah...sumore, have to sing later....jess keep on practising her 'high' part....when our turn came, my knees were trembling....but later, i was enjoying it really...a bit out at some part..and got some parts kinda 'lun' already....but still, i had a lot of fun singing....

seriously,i think our singing got more attention than nerriza's singing....seriously....they were all like shouting and clapping...(maybe cz we were bit nervous lah)....but they listened to us leh...it's really rare that we sing lah...dunno whether thr'll be a second time...but i enjoyed it A LOT...the whole crew came up on stage to sing with us during the third chorus....it was fun....

grad queen....YEAH!!!...henna tan and amanda was on the list...they dressed up as guys...i collected the paper frm the teachers..and thr were not enough ppl...so, ms,azana was like asking pn.lim and gang who else??...and then, ms.azana was like "eh, can put 'leng chai's names oso ah"...then, pn.lim, ccl and gang was lk "who??who??..ooo....henna and amanda..."...so, shen-ly got d title and henna got the fame...(and lotsa fans...)

and they danced and it's over....i wished i could just sleep in d hotel room....i was so exhausted....it ended like around eleven....bleahhh....took pics with those f5s and the whole crew...and phoof...grad nite 2007 is over.....haih....

Update

So (I'm trying not to start with the word okay)..today was well..okay for me la...nothing really interesting..just that my legs are aching now..haha..tak sangka i so unfit eh? my dancing confidence level is upped by well 5% so that kinda makes it over 35% i guess..really crossing my fingers and hoping i would do okay on THE REAL DAY. The prospect of screwing up is scary. The only thing i have to do now is get my timing right for the pair solo with ee xin..don't know why i keep screwing that part up..haha.

Grad night planning has been going on quite okay lah..but i'm a little blur on things..and yeah..i'm doing TWO performances..haha. Don't ask what's the other one though. =D.

Went to look at the ballroom in heritage hotel today..and it seems a lil tiny i guess. Doesn't look as if it can fit 200+ people but yeah..maybe it can..i don't know. The stage is also rather tiny and low..so it's more of a podium then a stage. And there's four beeg fat pillars..haha. So the decor people have to come up woth good stuff to decorate. All the best!

And yeah..whoever has got clear glass/ plastic bowls, medium sized ones..can lend ah? we need 10..haha.

okay, this is quite a lame post so yeah, i'd better be signing off now before it gets any worse..

BBQ Class party! Well, i think barbeques are WAAAYY overrated because you wait for the chicken to cook longer than you get to eat..wait until you become like this..


Well yeah..that..plus drool..heheh. But anyway..maybe i kerah mayjet to help me lah..since she is a self-proclaimed expert in BBQ-ing..

Science 2 took off before us and they had a pretty nice bus. So we were wondering, what kind of bus would we get? We certainly hoped it was not the cacated Omnibus or some sort. But it wasn't. I think it was BETTER than the bus Science 2 had. So yay!

The bus was cool. Had wooden panelling and all also okay. Super clean. Nice..pity the journey was a short one. Anyway, pics of inside the bus..
